And then, the western frame turns at Southbay Freeway and passes by TOGO’S Sandwiches and Extended Stay America. The boundary meets the eastern border between Sleepy Hollow Street and 10th Street. The frame will traverse in a southwest direction until it hits 6TenEast apartments. It then turns toward the west at Bayshore Freeway until finally closing back on the western border.
