My name is Nessy, (Vanessa Auana Parengit). Real Estate has been my passion since childhood. Owning my first home at the age of 18 and then going on to flip my first property at the age of 20. Since then, I have owned and managed several of my own properties.
Prior to working in real estate, I had a successful career working as a Senior Human Resources Manager in the retail & hospitality industry for 25+ years; I have always believed in building lasting relationships and creating the BEST experience possible!
My husband and I, with three of our six children, live in the east county of San Diego. When we are not working, we enjoy cooking, baking, going to the pool or beach, hiking, or just hanging out at home gardening.
